Why your Storefront should tell a story

A strong Storefront makes product discovery easier while making the brand more memorable.

Organize around shopper needs

Map the product range to the questions a visitor brings. Group products in a way that helps the visitor choose: a use case, a product family or a clear customer need. Every navigation label should make the next step predictable.

Give each page a purpose

Use the homepage to establish the brand and guide discovery. Give category pages a focused selection and enough information to compare. Avoid repeating the same message across every module when the shopper needs a new reason to continue.

Check the whole journey

Walk through the storefront on desktop and mobile. Confirm that links lead to the intended products, imagery remains readable and the structure supports the product range. Revisit the experience as products and campaigns change.
